Our story
At Aughalour Press, we believe everyone carries a story worth sharing. Born in Ireland out of a passion for the written word, our creative hub exists to help aspiring writers collate their thoughts and bring heartfelt narratives into the light.
Giving voice to untold stories
Aughalour Press was founded with a straightforward goal: to gather, nurture, and publish voices that deserve an audience. We know how intimidating it can be to take words from private notebooks and offer them to the world. That is why we provide an encouraging space for everyday writers across Ireland and beyond to take that courageous first step.
Capturing the heart and the mind
We are drawn to authentic tales that resonate deeply—stories that capture the imagination, celebrate personal journeys, and connect with people on an emotional level. Whether you are reflecting on real-life moments or crafting imaginative prose, our mission is to champion literature that stays with the reader long after the final sentence.
Your journey towards publication
Writing is only the beginning. Our ambition is to help writers navigate their path towards getting published, exploring self-publishing routes, and reaching eager readers everywhere. If you have been waiting for the right moment to share your draft, we invite you to connect with us and take your work further.
"Aughalour Press gave me the gentle push and clarity I needed to believe in my writing and begin the self-publishing process."
